Our packages are sent by standard mail. These packages are delivered by the regular mailman in your mailbox. You do not have to be at home for reception, unless you ordered DHA capsules (the bottles don't fit through a letterbox.)

Your package will be sent with tracking if your order exceeds €100,-. For these orders you must be at home, the courier will leave a note in your mailbox if you are not home.
Then there are 2 possible scenarios:

1. The courier will arrive a day later;

2. Or you can pick up your package at a pick-up point.
