We pack the capsules in blisters, because this provides the best protection for the capsules and we can therefore guarantee the shelf life better than any algae oil brand. 

The omega-3 fatty acids are sensitive to light, UV radiation, moisture and especially air. 

The alternative aluminum / PVC is too pricey (the price for our products will have to increase drastically) and there are too few suppliers in Europe who can process this.
The other option PVC / PVC is too hard a material so there is a greater chance that the capsules will break.

Testa DHA is packaged in a recycable jar. These jars are the most economical option and Testa wants to use the DHA product to persuade more fish oil users to switch to algae oil.
